On November 8, 2025, Jaiprakash Hospital proudly celebrated the International Day of Radiology, commemorating Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen’s groundbreaking discovery of X-rays that revolutionized medical diagnostics.This year’s theme, “Radiographers: Seeing the Unseen,” highlighted the vital role of radiology in advancing patient care and healthcare innovation.During the event, Dr Premanand Panda, HOD – Radiology & Senior Consultant Radiologist and Dr Suchitra Mishra (Senior Consultant Microbiologist), at Jaiprakash Hospital, Rourkela, shared valuable insights on the evolving impact of radiology in modern medicine. The celebration saw active participation from the Radiology Department. Radiologists and Radiographer Technicians were felicitated for their dedication and excellence in patient care.Jaiprakash Hospital salutes all radiologists, radiotherapists, and technicians who continue to make the invisible visible with compassion and precision.
