I have no objection to my son/daughter/wife/ward participating in the championship and will not hold this organization responsible for any accident that may occur during the event due to negligence. If he/she is selected for the next level of competition (District, State, National, SGFI, University, International) or for stage shows and performances in reality shows, we will support him/her in all aspects.
